Bruce Pearl signs HUGE contract with Auburn! The best ranked team and the best head coach have agreed to an extension. №1 Auburn, who is 19–1 (8–0 SEC), is cooking like fire as they cannot be stopped. This is one of their best seasons that we can remember and it does not look like they are going to lose this season anytime soon.

Pearl has been a big part of what this №1 ranked team is achieving; that is why the program is giving an eight-year extension to Pearl. The deal will last for eight years, but the significance comes by paying the head coach 5.4 million dollars annually. How incredible is that deal? That is a huge deal that beats out how much so many coaches, even in college football, is being paid.

The accolades and accomplishments of Bruce Pearl:

Pearl is 157–93 all-time at Auburn, .628 winning percentage, plus he reached the NCAA Tournament twice in 2017–18 and 2018–19. Before he took over, this program missed 11 consecutive NCAA Tournaments. Plus, in 2019, he became the only Auburn coach to reach the Final Four.
